hey, i'm having issues running final cut studio 3 (current) in full glory on macbook pro/led 24in setup. have mbp right , on aluminum stand (heat, height, style, etc) use display canvas within final cut pro , use cinema show sequence, viewer, etc. having issues video (in canvas or viewer, not monitor specific) gitter , horizontal lines across not present in video file, when played though final cut pro 7. pro-res 422 (hq) 23.98fps 1080p files (files off of 5d converted canon eos e-1 plugin). wondering if crappy graphics card or crappy hard drive. can buy new hard drive, bit more difficult replace mbp in order edit properly. perhaps there setting in final cut pro recommend? or solutions maximize video card capability? assistance or advice desired. again, have 2009 unibody macbook pro, 13in 2.53ghz 4gb, , have 500gb 7200rpm seagate. also, i'm not new here, new forum aspect, though welcomes welcome (ha!) not necessary.
