Touch Problem

first, relize repost- posted in regular ipod forum being idiot not realizing there touch specific forum.. flame away if like..


daughter's touch kinda fouled up. not connecting computer charge or connect itunes. looks 1 of pins in bottom broken. device beyond help? has crack in screen think it's unrelated. i'm pretty sure cause of crack applecare laugh @ us.

advice, suggestions?
