the strangest thing happened me on mbp (10.6.3). messing around desktop, , moved dock left side of screen, , selected have hidden. there, went doing, , when went document (a bean document) keyboard not responsive @ all. logged out, logged in, , things fine. activated dock again, , keyboard went out again.
logged out, logged in, moved dock original position, , things fine. has else experienced similar problem? tried searching (not thoroughly; kind of urgent thing, , didn't want keyboard go out on me again...), didn't see anything.
weird occurence.
nope, never heard of before. but, try removing com.apple.dock.plist file ~/library/preferences.
