HELP! iPhoto doesn't open for me; icon bounces once on dock & that's all! :(

i need this; i've searched "iphoto won't open" , many other variations of that, haven't found same situation.

when click iphoto icon on dock, bounces once... , stops, without opening or doing else. same if open through finder->applications.

it's driving me crazy!! have macbook tiger os x 10.4.11, iphoto 7.1.5 , no tech experience... please help?

 

it sounds problem application support iphoto. have ilife or os x disks?
