hey everyone! need help, im medical student doing research project , computer crashed. has photos , patient data on (with consent of course), concern isn't recovering data because have backups, rather deleting it. wont reboot, apple care tried me on phone, cant delete patient data before return computer apple. applecare advisor assured me reformat disc, , laws prevent them looking @ personal data before reformatting. can else attest this? have 100% sure no 1 sees or lose license. thanks!
if can boot restore disc (hold c on startup disc inserted) can erase startup drive using disk utility.
