sorry it's “windows” question….i work on mac , guys seem lot more serious…cant seem straight answer windows forums
have received dell d630 xp pro installed… problem os in dutch. i’ve tried clicking on place suggested windows forums…but stays in dutch…. disc have ‘green’ dell xp pro service pack 2… stuff written on disc in french assume it’s french sp2 fine ‘cos speak french. question if upgrade ( supposedly easier) or re-install ( complicated) disc have opportunity change os language french.
why window’s stuff f******* complicated. long live mac
know install mac on machine…but lone couple of months , don’t have mac install disc’s kicking around.

imho 1 area vista , 7 have improved on xp, point of being friendly os x.
