Shut Down/Reboot your Mac easily

i end wanting shut down mac @ particular time. can system preferences, work if mac not sleeping , if have, transmission, open, user action required.
i've created tool works in background (you don't see in dock), , shut down/reboot mac without asking anything.

ps: pressing cmd+alt+c spawn app's window.
