yes can tether desktop because @ office. figured have usb device , maybe software turned on mywi , unplugged modem , bam! works. had no setup of kind!!
laptop can work both ways usb or wifi wifi iphone whatever have named it. , yes can make , receive phone calls. if have short data cable head might under desk!! need keep iphone plugged in wont drain battery why used data cable begin not thinking connect , charge @ same time does. if have bluetooth device work great talk easier.
