500GB HDD 7200 vs 160G X25-m gen 2

hi i'm new mac
ordered newest mbp 17" 500gb 7200rpm option , waiting it.
have own intel x25-m 160g gen 2 in old laptop.
recommend replace hdd ssd?

found in forum x25-m has compatibility issue mbp.
- can't use bootcamp install windows.
- longtime bootup.
- slowdown lot of data.

problem on above fixed? or still has problem.

no idea whats wrong ssd, mine fast hell in new mbp. takes 15-18 seconds boot, 1 second shutdown, applications open within 1 second, , bootcamp should work (but never tried that)
