So can you return a 3GS and keep the unlimited or not?

if buy 3gs now, , exchange new iphone when comes out, keep unlimited data? want know, because keep hearing conflicting things.

 

very simple previous att customers have option keep unlimited no matter if had dumb phone or smart phone. fine!
