tried filling out stupid survey sent me, second time.and failed work again.

have lived in many countries in world, , travel extensively business.

16 years have been carrying , using mobile phones, have never experienced more terrible service (cellular service , customer service) at&t.

went store in times square beligerent girl behind counter told me "all sell phones" , informed me if had questions rate or plan, should "just call main number". communicated while 1 of male shop attendants standing behind her. massaging neck. walked out.

drop 5 or 6 calls per day in manhattan, , consider unacceptable. won't long until happily cancel at&t account , throw iphone in east river.

forward hearing might have that.

i see using iphone 3g please ensure have latest iphone software version 4 released. version includes further improvements call, device , application performance. iphone 4 update, sync iphone 3g itunes , click "check update" button.[/color]

because of many factors can affect cell phone signal strength, not able guarantee 100% coverage. signal wireless phones is, in essence, radio signal , can affected same structures , interference block radio station signal. weak signal or no signal strength may cause call drop or make difficult place or receive calls, connect internet through wireless phone. please understand coverage vary based on geographical location , can vary based on other factors such type of building structure in variety of other factors, including weather , terrain.

at&t has new iphone application called "mark spot" allows provide location at&t should experience issue service in area. can select: dropped call, failed call, no coverage, data failure, poor voice quality , able select how issue happens: once, seldom, often, , always. along report, gps coordinates sent our at&t network operations center evaluation. application available free of charge iphone users. information provide extremely valuable , used enhance our network. please keep in mind technician not contacting directly.
