every time insert headphones in mbp when turned on weird noise, sound voice dissorted. have go sytem preferences , in sound menu..there have change output balance left or right time..anybody know whats wrong , how can fix dont have adjust every time

happening me @ moment. headphones plugged in , there no lows in sounds, sounds crappy viral sound digital , tinny. when move balance slider in headphones menu in sound in system preferences, sound seems play right? im unsure if can fixed sort of driver reinstallation sound, because plays find through speakers?
