Will the 2010 Macbook play CoD MW2 well?

i'm wondering out there 320m integrated graphics, run call of duty modern warfare 2 well?

if how far can push graphics?

rather play @ native res lower graphics how high can graphics while @ native res still acceptable framerate, greater 23+ fps,
