Will apple bump out 8gb in the 4th gen?

i have know immediately:

apple bump out 8gb have 32 64 , maybe 128gb? if bring 16gb? have know because won't able buy 32gb.

i vote 8 replace 16gb , stay 32 64. 128 expensive now.
