Get an iPhone 3GS now, or wait for the new one?

can't make mind on one. can 3gs now, or wait new one, , i'm liking of after gizmodo leak.

have 2 quibbles

1) micro sim. - bothers me have normal sim, how easy switch on micro sim? i'm on business contract through dads work.

2) how released? price points same handset 3gs?
