Reply Symbol in outlook

im not sure if else has noticed, when reply email on iphone doesn't show small reply symbol in outlook on pc!

while small thing, today bit annoying had check sent items see i reply.

coincidentally, on mac (which syncs exchange via mail app) doesn't show reply symbol either.

im using exchange 2007 / outlook 2007 on pc

osx snow leopard mail app synced same exchange server.

 

same issue

having same issue. know if can solved?
