How Do I Get Glass Orb Dock???

hi,
i'm using ipod touch 3g , want dock. downloaded glass orb theme dock wasen't there. downloaded dock themes did nothing too. do custom dock?

ssh ipod. go themes folder in library , create new folder.drag image folder , rename image dock.png. go winterboard , activate new folder. should work.
