is there much difference between a g3 500 mhz and a g3 800 mhz

good morning fellow mac lovers,

found g3 ibook listed on craigslist morning $209.00 has 800 mhz processor 256k of memory, using g3 powerbook pismo (firewire) 500 mhz/512k memory , wondering if notice difference in computers except fact ibook cuter , not black color. issue g3 powerbook needs new battery , black color upside down apple logo on cover... why apple couldnt put right side beyond me buddys g3 ibook 500/512 apple logo right side up. anyway g3 800mhz/256k ibook worth getting or g3 powerbook same?
