so using yamaha hs80m's , hs10w in room 11x11, in speaker manual says optimal performance place speakers 5ft away wall, kinda impossible in situation. right have corner desk 1 speaker on left wall other on right both pointing @ me same distance. in speakers , not in perfectr triangle me , themselves. havin setup situated around corner bad thing?

there futon on east wall , tvstand plasma on west wall half of corner desk on west , north wall
your main worry getting speakers in correct place. long can sit @ 3rd point of triangle (sweet spot) fine. if hobby dont worry setting up, sppend time creating instead. not going record u2use decent pair of headphones mix , give better indication of true sound without sound of room affecting how hear it.
