make UITableCellView unselectable

i using custom uitableviewcell design controls in grouped tableview.

dont need scrolling , selecting cells of uitableview. able stop scrolling,but unable stop making cellview unselectable. if cell's userinteractionenabled false, controls inside wont work. keeping selectable cell makes cell awry if mistake user selects cell.
