kind of puzzled. noticed strange iphone 3g after having restored it. running on versions specified above, far googled, couldn't find unlock software.
know current service provider requires phone unlocked in order work it. strangely enough working and, have locked iphone of friend of mine, know how transfer (or extract) firmware in order transfer locked one.
help?

shouldn't post same problem 3 places.
second, if have unlocked 05.12.01 baseband unique among iphone users (outside of factory unlocked phones) , , achieve accident?..; doubting this.
i'm afraid have never heard of way of restoring iphone mirrored state of another.
