i running windows 7 in boot camp magic mouse set up. working fine (scrolling, right click, normal click, etc.), find touch sensor way sensitive. moving mouse around, hand brush touch sensor , cause drop whatever dragging; cause things scroll i'm moving pointer around window in same fashion. there 3rd party preference panes can installed control thing? know apple doesn't have 1 out yet (if ever will...), , have mouse wheel settings turned down far go in included windows settings.
