Mail.app: Using the same "smtp" settings for multiple e-mail addresses.

hi,

i'm having problem mail.app
have several incoming mail accounts want use 1 smtp account (gmail).

when send mail using other accounts (i.e.: company), "reply-to" field stuck @ "gmail"... how can set i'm using smtp service gmail others replying directly whichever e-mail account i'm using send?
