hello everyone. i've read many of posts various issues imac 27'. i'm on third 1 now, , 1 has screen noise issue have mentioned, 2 noises, high pitched "dog whistle" sound , clicking wheel sound, emanate top left corner when brightness lowered anywhere past maximum setting. backlight bleed exists well, other machine perfect. rep @ apple store, japan (where live), offered send me replacement, i'm thinking may stick i've got. mine week 14. concern not noise caused brightness settings noise is, have suggested, connected power source problem or other problem worsen on time , cause bad happen. have advice this? problem harmless , not worth going through hassle of getting whole unit replaced again, or should cautious , go replacement? suggestions appreciated. thanks!
