hey guys,
i'm buy mac mini , build home theater. i've decided use plex mainly, unfortunately don't think hulu working on right now. not biggie though, because hulu desktop pretty slick.
however, haven't been able apple remote work both. plan run plex things , tv shows can't through hulu desktop (daily show, southpark). then, going add hulu desktop app , launch directly plex.
however, can't seem apple remote work once hulu desktop opens. trying simple , not have have mouse or keyboard or fancy remote use home theater.
possible this?

edit: hulu appears work, not when click "my hulu."
the daily show , south park available separate plug-ins plex. daily show isn't on hulu anymore.
