With respect to hardware performance, 13"MBP vs 15" MBP

ordered 2.66 ghz 8gb ram 13" mbp. total 1759 educational discount, , around 1920 tax. it's expensive, sister. attending ucla, , said they'd cover laptop expenses 2,000. wanted try out mac. since university student needs portability, , because has said macbook pro 15 bulky, decided max out mbp 13".

bad or choice respect doing mbp 13"? since doing engineering, using autocad, solidworks, matlab, ect...

did need 15" mbp kinds of apps? because doesnt photo or video editing, ect...

question whether specs on mbp 13" maxed out on enough engineering

13" better choice college kids porting around form factor , weight perfect type of use...
