iMovie Help: Spent the past 2 day trying to get rid of these annoying black lines

first off i've been lurker quite time , guys amazing! i've searched answer couldn't find related it.

in movie titles using 'drifting' , 'vertical drift' annoying black lines on side of movie. (i need white b/c serving intro website)

tried cropping in closer using white picture background , other tweaks no avail.

i'm using vimeo thats not issue.

starts off fine:


goes vertical drift black lines show up:

(and can see why want rid of them badly. totally kills of everything)


during rest of slideshow fine:



when 'drifting' comes again annoying black lines:
