so g/f's gmail account got disabled "unusual activity" today no apparent reason. e-mail friends , use chat function. can guess, inconvenient people dependent on gmail account. yes free service unacceptable.
did quick google search , seems there people worse off use gmail operate business. without warning, having e-mail disabled going disaster. @ least let people know have no email access @ start @ given date , time??

of course, there difference in level of service between paying customer , free account. you'd have check tos, i'm sure boils down to: " can cut @ time reason".
