hope can me out not sure how processed next
have sony dcr-sr80 hdd video camera records in mpeg2 muxed @ odd resolution of 720 x 404
compressor no go googling found free app. named mpeg streamclip squared 5 ... problem don't know what best way (quality wise) convert can take , edit in fcp ?
example should :
1. export .mov, mpeg4 or avi, dv, etc...?
2. compression use;
h264, dv codec or apple intermediate codec ?
3. frame size should use
tried selecting 720 x 480 , picture stretched horizontally
1 worked 854 x 480.. odd size, fcp work or should let @ 720 x 404 ?
4. should de-interlace video in mpeg streamclip or wait till fcp ?
5. in fcp in easy setup.....what format should choose
dv-ntsc anamorphic ex...?
