Outstanding issue with MBP 13" Unibody August, 2009?

i have experienced these problems since year ago (august, 2009) when first bought laptop. macbook pro 13" unibody.

bought brand new , has had bit of hiccup issue--leading me believe harddrive itself. have tried reformats, disk repairs, works.

wondering if if known of mbp 13"s may have had fault hd issue or something? think apple take consideration?

advice helps.

i bought 13 mbp same time last year. never had single problem - runs great.
