When the battery on my Macbook Pro is fully charged, should i unplug the power cord?

hey guys, got new macbook pro 15 (mid 2010) laptop few days ago, , know if, when charge battery , it's charged, should unplug power cord or can leave it? safest , best thing do?

no need unplug it. when it's charged, automatically stops charging.
