I lost Applications on the first hour of using a mac

hi, buy macbook pro couple months later, first mac. made pc hackintosh after days work, using leopard , wanted applications folder in stacks, dragged finder , gone. can find it. open virtual keyboard type different characters. cant type apostrophe nor question mark because keyboard turkish, hackintosh understands keyboard , combinations different. sorry typing bad.

where dragged shortcut, not folder. (guessing sidebar of finder window). go finder window , click computer under 'devices' on sidebar, , you'll see applications folder in there. there can drag sidebar if want, , dock.
