i have owned every iphone 3gs (soon, 4th iphone) , have jailbroken each device, each time giving "another chance."
month after each time jailbreak restore because of poor performance , battery life.
makes phone buggier, , technically illegal.
it's plus don't jailbreak updates w/o having data deleted apps.
there's reason apple doesn't allow it.
