have 13" mbp 2nd 1 on way replace pc tower. presently working home work laptop shared few people don't have access time it. leaving me not way log work home.
sounds need purchase bootcamp windows 7 copy, should able log work through remote desktop laptop presently?
also, wife has program presently available in pc format, doing same thing above, should able run on mbp well? program compatible windows 7.
not want buy pc.

you should have word department (if have one). bit tricky trying give sound advise on here without knowing requirements are. instance, if work large organisation, i'm sure there policies in place of can use, desktop builds, etc. if work smaller firm i'm sure things not tight former.
anyway, bootcamp doesn't need puchased. remote desktop horrible way work ties machine remoting onto. ie. waste of resource. vpn'ing onto network better solution. don't need windows machine log on network. osx (or linux) computer can can authenticate against ldap servers easily. general comments without knowing bigger picture , said, speak dept see think. make rules.
