Snow Leopard for $25???

i've been seeing snow leopard showing on amazon $25. seems true. it?

i'm hoping not because need update (i seem quite outdated few things) , can't justify paying regular price on it. yet, realist in me screaming it's sort of scam, or there's @ least sort of catch.

have ten days upgrade , download steam mac , free copy of portal!!! lol

why true? it's $4 less buying apple.
