i've been running on "dual-oldies" setup -- g4 mini main/personal work, , g4 ibook mobile unit/business hd. firewire them can business stuff main monitor , keyboard.
decided don't mind older/slower field unit (and fact if laptop dies/gets stolen/falls off bridge, can buy "new" ibook cheap long have data backed elsewhere). need update mini latest model, because doesn't keep multitasking needs anymore. before do, though, should worried compatibility issues if keep linking these 2 computers i've done in past?
know there issues booting intel ppc. else should keep in mind?

i'm guess put ibook in target disk mode , boot mini it. if that's do, not intel mini. use different disk header not compatible far know. can still share files , such on firewire you'll need firewire 800 400 adapter because new mini's have firewire 800.
