hey everyone, help. starting medical school in fall , debating between macbook pro , air. air being thin , light has advantage walking , campus. however, relatively weak processor power may hold me up. need run windows on machine , curious quality of windows virtualization on air. know mbpros can run windows flawlessly , wondering if air's can similarly. need machine stream classes , view images in windows mode. hope run itunes, ms office, , relatively light games (really starcraft ii) in mac os. can air users let me know if should cross air off list or if machine capable of fulfilling needs? have been following forums bit , understand possible refresh on horizon , wait see happens, many others, assuming worst. help.
wait until june 7th if air gets 4gb of ram perfect virtualization 2gb slow. if willing use boot camp work great. ssd modol worth every penny miss mine.
