oauth in twitter compulsory ? example in icodeblog no more working !

technical error,
realised behind firewall , need give username password. need mention username , password asicrequest ?
when debugged saw request coming proxy ip properly. , port correct. seems picking these data settings. in case why not taking username , password there ?
