i have 2 iphones , use 1 computer. 1 of iphones replaced , used backup restore it. whenever goto update app store update uses e-mail address instead of other persons.
things have tried fix situation:
1. settings > general > reset > reset settings
2. log account in itunes, resync iphone
3. same #2 ensure logged out of app store on iphone, sync
4. app store > log out > sign in
5. call apple support (useless told me same things i've done.)

answer there, guess changed newer os , think when sync'd 2 phones same computer tied app 1 user , therefore updates have made account not theirs when login download new can entered different account.
