Parallels Tools has error while installation in win7... advice plz.

hi everyone,
have installed parallels desktop 5.5 windows 7 32bit on imac 21.5" 3.06ghz core2duo.
parallels installation fine, windows installed pd fine also.
setup user account windows, windows starts , parallels tools starts , trying install. after few steps, error window pops , said, "an error occured when installing parallels tools, restart windows , try again."
have restarted , win7 runs fine, there no network, sound card or other driver work. went "install/remove program" , there nothing on list.
couldn't find solutions on parallels.com
please help~!
