Archiving mail

hi all.

use mail.app exchange e-mail , need archive avoid annoying out of space notifications.

want archive entire inbox, incoming, outgoing , attachments can search them. i've found mailsteward seems work well, interface hideous app (windows or mac) have ever seen.

have alternatives? want ideally have 'offline' inbox separate incoming , outgoing emails, allow me search through them whenever want, , view attachments.

going have use entourage? =( can't wait outlook 2011.

 

surely i'm not person wants archive e-mails..
