Reverse syncing of iPhone 3GS via MacBook iTunes into iPhoto 2009?

i sync iphone macbook iphoto 2009. have no problems.

mrs. wants sync *her* iphone 3gs macbook.

here's question:

has bunch of photo albums , video albums on iphone. not in cameral roll, in various albums under "photos" when synced iphone on pos windows craptastic laptop.

when go sync phone iphoto 2009 via macbook's itunes, message comes warning syncing delete photos on iphone , replace them photos iphoto.

want keep photos has on iphone, preferably syncing them across iphoto on macbook. i'm afraid if sync phone , photos macbook, lose forever on iphone.

ideas please?
