when received iphone in december, signed $15 month insurance covers accidents , physical damage outside of phone being stolen or lost.
know how best buy replaces broken phone? give new iphone in box , pop sim card in?
iphone dropped , screen cracked. digitizer wasn't damaged phone still functional. plan on upgrading 4th iteration of iphone in june, worried have lost resale value of phone.
wait until june current iphone, replaced best buy, , sell "new, in box" after upgrading new iphone?
i'm thinking upgrade broken phone iphone 4 , return broken phone best buy replacement.
once replaced sell new iphone 3gs if not of paid new iphone.
sound plan? not quite familiar of legalities. , don't want smarmy or illegal. want take best advantage of insurance paying each month.

refuse giev best buy dime on how treated me on extended warranty 8 years ago. in end wished hadn't bought warranty cause have rather bought new item go through crap put me through (but on principle of hte matter felt should make them honor warranty).
wouldn't trust them find every way possible try weasel out of doing you.
if have car or house insured through state farm, might insure (they in washington @ least. it's insurance can buy, no deductable, on particular valuable items have. have macbook , iphone insured). , state farm cheaper (i'm paying 72 dollars year both items still less half of you're paying year iphone through best buy. 12*15=180..).
edit: ooops, thought asking if should it. have clause how try fix 3 times , if lemon replace it. maybe not if actual insurance (and not extended warranty, though not aware best buy did insurance). if insurance they'll pay value of (or @ least that's how insurance works, not sure how works in retail store). i'd still put bets on best buy has small print try go t avoid outright replacing it. sorry, have no faith in f*****rs @ all.
