i'm dumb computers bear me. have old emac. hard drive says it's capacity 57.26 gb. says 52.14 gb being used, leaving me 5.12 gb free. don't have music, , applications tally 1.7gb, using rest of hard drive space??? appreciated!
what kind of applications have take 1.7 gb? os alone takes more that. may want double check. example, have 100gbs used programs , clean every few months.
if doesnt solve it, check through pictures, music, , movies folders. maybe have files in there taking space.
