im wondering , why.
have 24" 2.66 4gb imac(2009) i'm going need laptop college , traveling alot upcomming year.
have 3 options in mind.
1. basic 13" mbp , keep imac.
2. basic 15" mbp , monitor sell imac.
3. 15" i7 mbp sell imac.
, why. i7 worth give big screens?
using imac webdesign, coding , occasional gaming.
what using mbp when on road , how often?
in same position you. going buy mbp 15" i7 , external monitor , sell imac, considering buying 15" i5 or i7 , keeping imac. why? because imac takes no more space external monitor , money fail gain/offset keeping imac 1tb hd backup etc.. , functional home computer, opposed having screen keyboard , mouse. still still undecided , going how can sync files don't wanna wasting time doing manually often!
frustrating coming decision!
on note, design work on imac , intend doing lot more, reason why buying laptop, travel lot other job. sales consultant in apple store confident i5 still adequate.
