Wake Mac through Internet...?

how can 1 wake '09 mac pro through internet, not local network?

previously, had old mac on, , had script wake mac pro when emailed "wake". don't have other mac longer...

understand new airport extreme may able it? how exactly?
through internet?

go itunes , search wake on lan. there 2 apps, 1 black icon better according reviews , wake mp on net.
