saw these on switcheasy site , thought cool mic recording. i've been playing guitar 30 years, played in bands, recorded, toured etc. i'm married family , lot of home recording.
downloaded fourtrack , having blast. built in mic on ipad okay @ best.
great little recording rig can take anywhere when need ti lay down song idea before forget it.
opinions on these thumbtack mics? appreciate input on sound quality, , if compatible w/ ipad headphone jack input.
these mics targeted @ ipod touches didn't have built in mic. haven't used 1 don't think going better built in mic or apple headset mic.
main problem mic input there no level control it's easy clip input. have blue mikey use fourtrack on iphone allows set level, unfortunately doesn't work ipad (yet).
groundupaudio working on guitar interface supposed solve lot of problems hasn't been released yet , it's not clear yet whether work ipad or not. audio interfaces seem work ipad , usb camera connection kit - best solution think app developers still need figure out can or can't it.
