comes bundled blaze hdtv player software, , when install drivers , run appropriate software on windows works flawlessly. good.
can see, chinese 1 no exact manufacturer/name or whatever (there no details on package). thing appearing under "devices" field in player , "device manager" in windows is: dvb-t: af9015 bda filter obvious usb device has af9015 chip. did little google research, , indeed there such chip used in many usb dvb-t devices. indeed, chip af9015 manufactured company called afatech. see when connect usb device in system profiler:
have dongles usb id 15a4:9016 . (so chipset might af9016 ?)
when did additional research, seems company called equiniux produces usb stick called "tubestick" , uses same chip: af9015. when installed equiniux's software "the tube" chinese usb device appeared "tubestick" , allowed search channels. unfortunately, story ends there because search not happen.
so, might guess, love run peace of hardware on mac. no parallels desktop or other vm - want native in mac. , see it, there 2 options available: (1) either working in tube; (2) special mac drivers afatech af9015 chip; or try else...
actually, not care kind of software use, want run in mac - let vlc or whatever.
have ideas working? possible? should do?
big thank in advance!
regards, reinis
