Backup drive for photos

there rough handling, wanted opinions.

right have 2 options:
160gb intel x25-m
or
500gb 5400rpm hdd

reason these 2 options own both.

feel ssd great offers great durability (especially rough handling). drawbacks (1) capacity kind of low, , (2) it's terrible waste because external enclosure won't fast.

hdd on other hand offers ton of space , performance good. durability bit lacking, if enclosure moved when drive powered on.

thoughts?
