sold 17" macbook pro unibody tonight i7 version. i'm wondering if should grab 15" hi-res option, or save little more 17".
i've been using 1920x1200 years now, i'm used it, think can used 1680x1050.
know if 15" hi-res versions on display @ apple stores? gonna start hunt tomorrow figured i'd ask.
worked way 17" before getting it. started 13" couldn't stand res, got 15" (1440x900) , didn't either. feel 1680x1050 tolerable i'm not sure. go 17" 15"?
i thought similar issue recently. in uk, time you've added hd screen 15" glossy standard version close price point of 17" model. decision more form factor driven rather price driven. in end have got 17" greater screen real estate.
me though, couldn't quite bring myself drop on (incl. applecare) £2,000 on laptop ordered base 13"mbp, should arriving today or next day!
